Testimonials

“It has been an honor and a privilege to work with Elena for the past five years. Throughout my college career, she has played a pivotal role in my growth as a vocalist and artist. What has consistently impressed me most is her unique ability to bridge the worlds of musical theatre and classical opera, allowing me to develop both technical precision and stylistic versatility. Her teaching environment is a safe, welcoming, and exciting space that begins with beautifully crafted warmups, followed by reflecting on the work for deeper learning, and lastly workshopping my song selections to incorporate unique technical elements. For instance, Elena has significantly strengthened my skills when it comes to transitioning between voice registers more effortlessly. My favorite part of our lessons is how Elena uses imaginative storytelling to convey the feeling of legato and sustainably navigate breath pressure. Elena’s optimism and patience make every lesson enjoyable. Even while I’ve been living in NYC, she has been accommodating through Zoom lessons, ensuring consistency in my training. I am grateful for Elena’s unwavering guidance, expertise, and support. I have no doubt she will continue to help me achieve artistic excellence.”
